Pros
Pay and PTO are good, but also most offices are in HCOL areas so it doesn't go very far. Interesting work and a decent amount of freedom in terms of what you get to work on.
Cons
Layoffs and closing down projects, very little support for engineers finding new roles, no stock options, no bonuses unless you're upper management, leadership has crazy unrealistic deadlines that everyone knows are impossible and ends up causing lots of rework and churn.
