Pros
-Very interesting work -Great teammates -Free snacks and drinks -Good benefits except just decent 401k match
Cons
-Upper management has openly said they don't care about employee opinions -Despite his success, company culture has taken a hit under Limp - layoffs have already happened, and there's an ever-present feeling that layoffs will become yearly and that the company will cut numbers the moment they have what they need. Objectively, Limp has done a great job on deliverables and turning the company around, but a bit of that has been at the expense of employee wellbeing -Annoying policies on WFH; used to leave it up to manager discretion, but changed to super strict in-office policy with very limited flexibility - they have teams of full-time employees dedicated to tracking your attendance
