Less competitive environment because it is not commission based, comparatively high hourly wage, the whole team gets incentives if monthly goals are made, the company's name is reputable so you get a good-looking experience on your resume, good team members, less worried about losing products because most of the showroom pieces are samples.
Cons
Not much real pieces to sell, complicated system and processes, the constant shipping shifts, no on-site jewelers, long turn around time for repair and resizes and salesperson have no control over the jewelry pieces which means 90% of the job is customer service.
