None that I can think of

Employer was friendly, attentive and undoubtedly passionate about the business.

Employer needlessly created competition between employees with similar job qualifications. Had I known the employer was creating an aggressively competitive environment that involved less coordination and more overlap on responsibilities with someone else, I would not have applied.
