      Profitable, New Tractors and Trailers, Good Pay, Drivers run legal and safe, main customer is very strong, many long term employees,

      Cons

      New management does not care about driver well being, feels we are easily replaced push is on to overload equipment at the cost of drivers health like me

      Pros

      Two drivers, most of the time the work is shared, you'll always have some slackers. Lift gate deliveries, night delivery, do not have to stock shelves.

      Cons

      Pay is not aligned with industry average. 56 hour average work week in 4 days. Nighttime delivery if you're not use to it.
