      More needed positions are being filled with proper management in place and in the right positions. Business is growing rapidly.

      Cons

      Company does not provide proper training to new employees. They have adopted the "sink or swim" mentality which has proven ineffective.

      Pros

      Two drivers, most of the time the work is shared, you'll always have some slackers. Lift gate deliveries, night delivery, do not have to stock shelves.

      Cons

      Pay is not aligned with industry average. 56 hour average work week in 4 days. Nighttime delivery if you're not use to it.
