Cons
The owners are a husband and wife that bought the company from the guy that started it in 2001. They took over in 2018 and seem to know nothing about the industry they serve or how to run a company in general. Which wouldn't be too bad but they often attack their employees who are forced to point out the basic realities of web services, like building websites can be complicated. They seem to resent their employees as if it is their fault this is more complicated than they thought it would be. This leads to cruel threats, out of nowhere firings of productive members of the company, and the general sense that your career is in the hands of people that have no idea what you do and what your value is. When you ask for a raise, you are made to feel guilty and told if you want more money, you should look for work elsewhere. The owners lie to people when extending job offers about benefits and career opportunities. The owners seem to have a general resentment of young women on the team, leading to an exodus of female talent.
