Pros

Coworkers are nice people and friendly Work environment is very energetic

Cons

You only make money if you can get people to sign up for donations. On an average day you'd go out into the streets for about 7 hrs and you can get about 35+ people to stop and talk to you. Out of those 35+ people, you can have 0-2 people to donate. I wish they were upfront about how much you make money. The job post lies and says you'll make a certain salary and that is not guaranteed. Some days I got no one to sign up and that meant no money. It's highly unpredictable and I felt so unsure about how much money I was going to make. Also if you don't get a certain number of sign ups for 2 weeks, they said you'd get fired. Everyone starts off at the same position , doesn't matter your experience. And you work 11 hr days , no overtime offered Also their is no health insurance offered, 401K or PTO. This job was not for me. Ask questions when you interview

Pros

I love how fast paced everything is. You are in control of your development here so no need to wait 10 years to run a office. Everyone in the office is full of energy and excitement all the time!

Cons

Pros

You get to meet a lot of people who are illegal immigrants with no other choice of employment. Please use your brain.

Cons

-no work life balance -little to no pay -being treated like a lesser class citizen to move up the rank of the pyramid This is a pyramid scheme. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE OPPORTUNITY MEETINGS. THEY HAVE A PITCH FOR EVERYTHING INCLUDING HIRING, and DETERRING people from leaving. The hiring department is paid commission every day you go in, including for the "day of observation" which is where you actually see what you will be doing and the "lunch time breakdown" is where the pyramid scheme is revealed. By the way, you are sent back to the office alone afterwards to see if you even show up. There are several jobs posted and there's only one real job. Stop lying Christina Kim l
