Pros
The staff is qualified - by staff I mean everyone that's not considered "management". The office is pretty cool and that's about it.
Cons
1. "Management" 2. Inconsistent/late payment 3. Terrible pay 4. No benefits 5. None of the luxuries of working for a small company 6. Being degraded based off irrational emotional management 7. Paranoid management that's constantly thinking team is out to overthrow the company 8. Boss constantly telling you spell check when the boss doesn't use spell check and types the word "pacific" instead of specific in a client email 9. Poor company focus 10. Forced time off to save "money" 11. Inappropriate "quotation marks" 12. General feeling of gloom and doom and uncomfortableness while in the office 13. Company changes direction every year or two and you're never really sure what you're doing 14. Under staffed 15. Need I go on?
