Being associated with multiple companies I must say that Blue Horizon is the best team anyone could get. You can't get the kind of support you get from them in any other firms. With team outings and team lunch they add a kind of oneness among each and everyone. I still follow what Amal had taught me during my tenure and share with my juniors also. He knows how to nurture and empower his team.

Base Salary was bit less even though there was no limitation in incentives if you achieve targets.

Good work atmosphere, Supportive management, great colleagues, ever smiling HR and a nice cup of tea/coffee everyday !! which makes you forget the pressure in the work. This is a place to develop your skills, not just your wallet !!!.

No bad experiences so far. Happy with the current state.
