Awesome opportunity to learn about organizing and be in community with other youth organizer - made a huge impact on the 2024 elections

The meetings took place during the midst of the pandemic, but were always filled with knowledge and tools to run campaigns of any background. There were speakers who gave spiels and lectures, orgs who gave workshops, and we were placed in groups to begin enacting the change we wanted to see in our own state governments.

I realized I wasn't a huge fan of politics, more the social justice aspect and being on the ground doing the work with people.
