Pros
This is the first company I’ve worked for where I can actually see my value both to the company and it’s clients. Additionally it’s my first time experiencing working with a team from entry level to management where I’ve truly felt heard. Coming to their team with ideas, whether it be around culture, clients, or business, not only did I feel my perspective was valued in the conversations but then to actually see a number of them being implemented has been awesome to see. They do have a high bar for the team, but do a good job clearly defining what the long-term vision is and giving staff opportunities to grow. Some other nice perks they have are flexible PTO, weekly catered lunch, casual dress, a bonus program, and there’s usually some type of bigger team event they do on a monthly basis (holiday parties, relays and games, etc.).
Cons
Because they have a high bar along with flexibility, you really have to take the self initiative to manage your schedule well or work with their team on how to best manage. They don’t micromanage which I really like, but because of this if you’re not organized and struggle to balance workload with flexibility, it may not be a good fit.
