Turnover is unbelievable. Lots of empty promises to new employees. Over the course of last few years, almost half of the employees have been fired, let go, or simply quit. Zero job security. Those who are left have to pick up the pieces while constantly living in fear that they will be in the next group of mass firings. The executive team will have you believe it is due to client cutbacks, unforeseen budget problems, etc. That everyone just has to pitch in and roll up their sleeves to get through the tough times. The truth is the executive team just plain sucks. They make one bad decision after another and then are left constantly trying to fix their mistakes...which they will never take accountability for. It's always someone else's fault - the client, the employee, each other. They make poor hiring decisions, poor spending decisions, and have poor overall judgment. Which hey, nobody's perfect, but when you have an agency full of people whose livelihood depends on your ability to run a company, it's kind of a big deal.
