- spent a lot of time being forced into meetings with loads of buzzwords where we sat around and talked a lot about nothing really - sometimes it was super awkward when we were being forced to compliment each other - teams are super cliquey and was hard to be part of the team - we talked about being diverse and focused discussion on multi-cultural worldviews, but the team was very homogeneous - was promised projects and career development that did not go through - it was incredibly easy to burn out, understaffed
