Fantastic rates of pay, They really care about their staff and you are well looked after with many benefits. The job is different every single day. You really are making a huge difference to the lives of children.
Cons
I don’t really think there is any. I wouldn’t say it’s a con, but you may have to drive to different homes within the company if it’s needed.
