Pros

The best part of my job is the hours. I work Monday thru Friday with good hours.

Cons

Loud work environment, very rude employees, culture needs serious work from the top down. No opportunity for advancement unless in sales. Turnover rate is extremely high which speaks of the culture itself. Turnover is a global issue and experienced at all locations and all positions. High level management has left as well as lower level positions. In the first 90 days Blue Dog has lost more then 100 employees. The turnover rate is so high that attaining quality employees is difficult.

Pros

Usually good co-workers Management not terrible Opportunities to move up OK work environment It is a okay place to work for probably no more than a year, give or take, it depends on where you get put. Some positions people have been in for 5 years, others, less than a year.

Cons

I've worked here for several months now and have noticed a lot things between both the sales and service departments. One of the biggest gripes is that people are being excepted to do more and pick up slack where they shouldn't have too, for less pay then what is acceptable. So crazy work loads, lots of inconsistency in sales office staff. Things that aren't really broken are being fixed every other week. Currently, a few things that I believe were contracted to the employees are being shut down to save money. A time clock change is currently happening and it was not reviewed, voted on, or talked about. Only implemented, which I have noticed has caused a lot of discontent. Not only that, but the turnover is horrible. And bound to get worse as corners get cut.
