      Pros

      The team. Absolutely loved every one of them! Great, motivated, bubbly people, with big dreams.

      Cons

      Brainwashing cult-like behaviour aka the same 'morning meeting' every single Saturday and a pitch for every single interview. Chants like 'juice'. Pyramid scheme scam - devil corp. Lots of young people starting, but they all leave though because they soon realise it's a scam. You will not be doing marketing as advertised ITS A FACE TO FACE SALES JOB. Commission only pay at only 20 pounds a sale and having to pay for your own travel you end up losing money Anyone gets the job No benefits at all to working here.

      Pros

      Working at blue custard was truly a pleasure i joined blue custard with no experience in sales what so ever and they was willing to give me a chance. That meant a lot to me because not many companies are willing to risk that. The CEO of blue custard is not your boss he is there to coach you and develop you into a better person. I have never worked for a company that care a lot about my progression and me hitting my goals than blue custard it was literally there MOTO. Sadly i had to leave because i wanted to start my own business but let me just say without experience and teaching i receieved from here i wouldnt be the person i am now.

      Cons

      Honestly there is no cons if you want to build a business or be an entreprenuer then this is place to do that they teach you all the necessary skills and qualities to do that. What i have taken from here i am applying in my business and there is no reason for you not to be succesful.
