Great Company to Learn/Train - CGI Artist Blue Cube Employee Review

Almost no Pros. They only have good and rich clients.

Toxic work environment. Don't ever make s mistake of joining this office as employee or even intern. Bad management. Don't keep up their word. Unsupportive environment. Bad working conditions. No reimbursement for travel or food. Strict timings and pay cut for every second late. No OT pay. Very rigid working. WFH not allowed. Only 12 leaves per year. No scope for learning or growth - Design work done fully on AI. No proper on boarding of new employees. No proper hirerchy - causing confusion on who to report to. Will give rating in minus if possible.
