Pros

Their compensation structure is decent however what they don't tell you is when you first start out they will keep you in training for about 6+ months. Anyone you put to work you do not get paid on until you "graduate" or is a direct hire. I would say another pro would be some key word some of the people who work there. There is a hand full who truly care about you and value you as a person.

Cons

Favoritism is at an all time high. If one of the veterans do not like you for whatever reason you can consider yourself gone. Some people are given more resources to use then others but yet still expected to hit the same goals which to me does not make sense. The training is awful. You are taught one way and one way only but are always encouraged to think outside the box. However, when you do it is then frowned upon? If you are struggling you are encouraged to ask for help but when doing so there is no one to help you. Instead they let you dig yourself into a hole that you eventually will not be able to get out of and once that happens they will let you go for the most ridiculous reason.

Blue Chip Talent Response
9y
At Blue Chip Talent, we do our best to always provide great leadership, tools and opportunities to everyone we interact with, from candidates to clients to our own team members. It’s important to us that we breed a high level of quality and competitiveness throughout the company so that we can stand out as one of the best in the industry. Striving for excellence takes a dynamic process that requires some give and take. We do our best to make our expectations clear and known while also providing the help necessary to exceed those expectations. We are always looking for ways to improve our training, our communications, and our service so we will certainly share these comments with our leaders. We greatly appreciate the user’s feedback and their service. - Nicole Pawczuk, CEO

Pros

Good benefits but high-pressure, unclear expectations

Cons

Only Good benefits aint enough - people quit, Management has clear favourites. Heavy focus on call metrics over quality. Expectations often unclear or shifting. High-pressure environment with limited support. More positions than recruiters can actually fill - yet still Acc. Managers keep hunting for new business and get you more work load on top off it.
