Mislead and Disappointed - Account Representative Blue Chip Endeavors Employee Review

We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and while some are true I will correct some misguided statements. Our office culture is definitely upbeat and exciting. We are completely unapologetic for this and if you cannot enjoy this type of environment then enjoy your boring and unexciting job. Yes, employees are w2 employees just like about 90% of other all positions in the United States. We do offer benefits. Employees can take vacation time but will not be paid for it until management. We do offer travel opportunities and we reimburse 100% for any travel expenses incurred that are not already covered by Blue Chip Endeavors in advance. Of course what we do is tough and we also never sugar coat this, but nothing worth having will come easy. What we do if done right is not pushy, but of course this style of sales and marketing is not for everyone. The work hours mentioned are incorrect and we only work 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week. Anyone can get a weekend off any time if they let us know in advance. We work two holidays a year because they are “retail holidays.” All other holidays we get the day off. Not everyone is on the same compensation structure and compensation is negotiable after someone has proven themselves a valued contributor to the team. Everyone is at a minimum paid an hourly rate for the amount of hours they work and can earn much more in commissions and bonuses. We have very high standards for those individuals we offer positions to. Although it is required that team members within our office dress professionally, we would never deny someone with the right skills to be successful in this position an opportunity because they do not own a suit coat or any other clothing item within reason. We also would never nor will ever ask someone to offer these team members a suit jacket. Let me post why Blue Chip Endeavors exists and add in capitals for this circumstance an additional exception: “Blue Chip Endeavors exists to provide opportunity. That opportunity isn’t limited to only those who have: a bachelor’s degree, A SUIT COAT JACKET, 2-5 years experience or any specific demographic; however, it is limited to those who are willing to work extremely hard at times for their success and the success of other team members. For those who work hard and are dedicated to Blue Chip Endeavors, we are committed to expansion with them and creating generational wealth for them and their families. We create that opportunity and growth ourselves by bringing our clients their most loyal new customers and increased profits. Our work hard, play hard mentality also ensures that team members are able to celebrate their successes with others through travel opportunities, networking, and philanthropy efforts.” Our second round interview (if someone is offered one) is 2 hours long and actually shows someone exactly what a candidate will do in the day to day if they are offered a position. I think this is very transparent. This is Dan Bazuin the owner of Blue Chip Endeavors. My wife is the HR director because she is as passionate about Blue Chip Endeavors growth and works as hard for us as anyone. I have an open door policy and anyone can approach me with anything they need at any time. Anyone else who is close to us who works for Blue Chip Endeavors is here because they understand the opportunity and they want to be a part of that opportunity. As mentioned in the review under the pros it says manager Dan(me) is approachable. I agree with you on this but you contradict yourself by saying you cannot approach the HR director about any “actual issues.” That is not her responsibility it is mine and since I was approachable you should have been able to bring these up to me.
