Nobody outside your work group cares - Production Worker Blue Bird Employee Review

Supervisors bosses don't care if you make a complaint about another shift leaving the work area trashed and messy. They don't care if people before you on the line aren't doing their jobs, they expect you to fix it and don't hold anyone accountable. What are they paying people to do if they aren't doing their jobs??? Theft is a HUGE problem. I have had so many tools stolen right off my cart in just first two months. I'd be under the bus working and stuff would be gone when I came out from under the bus. On several occasions.
