Pros
The scheduling at my particular location is very flexible. I also like that the work environment is diverse and that there are many different types of people.
Cons
The pay used to be competitive but now with inflation and the removal of many bonuses for no reason it is average at best. There is also no real performance pay only a 25cent bonus it takes most people 2 weeks to earn.
