Pros
Most of the people I work with in my department are open-minded, considerate, and hardworking. The environment also allows a lot of opportunities to see how a medium-sized company works, and to build skills.
Cons
The company at large seems to be deeply mismanaged, and as a result has a high turnover rate. Several rounds of layoffs, and departments don't seem to communicated shared visions or responsibilities very well.
