Overall, the agency itself is stacked with friendly and talented people. I felt respected, despite some transparency issues from upper management
Cons
Everything related to T-Mobile. You will find yourself in an abusive relationship to to no reward, and thankless clients. T-Mobile is the only client that will take business to another agency (because their CMOs are buddies) with the false perception that they're capable of owning channels in-house, while simultaneously continue to blame Blue/Publicis that things don't run so smooth even though it was their call to have fragmented teams. Spoiler alert, they weren't capable of bringing channels in-house and Blue remains on the receiving end of abuse. I equally feel bad for Essence, as they didn't realize what they were getting into.
