Company premises were good & have a small cafeteria at terrace
Cons
Simply management treat employees as daily labors. Often do layoff. Moreover while offering job a particular percentage of your CTC will be freezed initially & they will say that will be released after 6 months/1 year but pitty part is employees will quit.terminated within that time itself either through lot of work pressure (or) fired for some other junk reason
