Poor Management - Anonymous employee BluGlass Employee Review

Uninformed management with little knowledge of company technology, and seemingly little interest in it. Management has no idea of the technical ability of their staff. The company is a very small startup and yet the management style is more like that of a much bigger established company. This it a cumbersome environment for product development.
