I believe the current tech stack is underperforming, and the overall company culture does not foster strong collaboration or productivity. There's a reliance on informal networks and personal connections, which often leads to substandard working conditions and results. In particular, the CXX team appears disengaged and not contributing to the company's goals effectively, which impacts the overall workflow. Additionally, I have observed that raising concerns with them often results in being ignored, which affects morale. Furthermore, the HR team’s lack of responsiveness to employee concerns, especially during resignation processes, and issues such as unexpected tax deductions and delays in releasing final payments, creates unnecessary frustration. These areas need immediate attention in order to improve the working environment and the company’s overall efficiency.
