Pros
A very caring and loving environment with the freedom to innovate and take risks. You need to be able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, but if you can do this, you will have great success and a lot of fun.
Cons
Free gelato in the snack room and provided hot breakfasts can be really hard to avoid and so I would suggest getting a gym membership.
