Good Not Great - Software Engineer Bloomberg Employee Review

-No clear track for success/moving up the ladder. -Performance reviews/promotions seem to be very subjective and not very quantifiable. -Much of the leadership is ancient and has been at the company for decade(s) so not much room for growth and no true desire to innovate. -Very outdated and proprietary tech stack. -Using internal tools and the terminal daily is a pain. -Pay/perks a tier below the other big tech companies -Very much of a corporate and finance vibe in 731 Lex.
