      your experience greatly depends on the manager you are under. it's not really "sales " position in that you aren't essentially paid on what you sell..

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
