Very stimulating place to work. Very well treated. Paid well above market rates. Very technical. Perfect job if you want to settle down and have some stability.
Cons
Work life balance can sometimes be tricky as there is a culture of overworking. Certainly not a young start up. It's not flat structure. Feels a bit corporate. Hours are long. Often simply feel bored.
