Thank you for taking time to leave a review. Working in a retail & e-commerce business, turn over rate will end up being much higher than other industries. We hire seasonal and temporary employees that help us with production and distribution of our blooms and unfortunately, our internal processes are always shifting because of the company growth. This is one of the biggest challenge we face at a startup and in the future, that will be changed.
