The team is incredibly talented and motivated. The tech is changing the way physical locations operate in terms of bringing e-commerce tools to physical locations. The company is scaling fast.
Cons
The company is growing fast, and the market is large. If new team members are not in it to challenge themselves to grow personally, put in the time, and the effort to achieve scale then they will not last. Do not join the company if you are interested in a 9-5, do not want to be held accountable to you word, and are not customer focused.
