      Cons

      Work life balance does not exist one you grow into a upper manager position. If you try to create boundaries they will be broken, does not offer decent health benefits for a place that sell health insurance to seniors.

      Decent pay and management as well as pay for turning new people into members.

      Cons

      Could do a better job when it comes to employing hundreds of people to work for adp. Then leaving them with no job afterwards and leaving them unemployed.
