Pros

Benefits are good Gain experience in Microsoft (Excel, Outlook, Power point, Word) bloom bucks are given when an employee is found doing something out of their scope. those 'bucks' are used as money to buy company goodies. at times was a fun environment to be in

Cons

work load can vary it can either be really heavy or really slow, which is okay but usually it all falls on the lead to maintain all that work load. supervisors do nothing but have meetings and sit at their desk. leads are asked to work on Yamazumi and time studies even when the work load is heavy as is. inventory is never correct, it makes counting material and shipping material nearly impossible and we are often are blamed for material not being where it is supposed to be. accountability for actions and accountability for material inaccuracy. almost always we were targeted as the people who refuses to hand material to other teams but inventory was always accounted for before leaving location. this is how inventory becomes challenging to keep up with due to inventory being pulled and shipped again. its unorganized and uncoordinated. this company does not work great together, there is no such thing as team work or working together on projects. it often ends in corp. arguments and nasty disagreements. no idea is a good idea or a good idea is often taken from an employee.

Pros

A mature start up feel. No two days are the same, lots of interesting projects to work on and given the opportunity to have an impact The people are a highlight. Teams are collaborative, driven, and full of smart individuals who are genuinely invested in what they’re building. There’s a strong sense of ownership, and you’re given the opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way regardless of level.

Cons

There really are not any major cons so far. It is 5 days in office. And whilst I am local and enjoy coming in a little flexibility would be nice. That said there's a great gym, good restaurant and free EV charging so I like being here!
