      Pros

      You get to work with cannabis and the local community which is amazing!

      Ownership gaslights & lies to employees non stop with empty promises and hopes of bonuses and incentives that they are never in agreement on. One owner will tell staff there is a major bonus for whomever garners the most Google reviews for the company, only to have other owners follow up weeks later by dismissing this. "Staff get PS5's for Christmas!! WOW!" only to find out that was nonsense made up by one of the owners. Ownership is full of empty promises and all the smiles and gifts are nothing but a façade. Last year ownership ditched us on our annual Holiday Party, gave out 1/2 the bonus of the previous year, and laid off 25% of their staff. This is a true Glassdoor review.. future employee beware!

      Pros

      Amazing ownership team who are effectively tuned in, hands on, generous, and genuinely fantastic to work with/for. A fabulous, long-term staff (everyone has been here at least one year) who, to a person, have devoted themselves to the education and sale of cannabis products. Staff get a reasonable hourly wage, but also receive tips and a generous store discount. I've personally never worked anywhere better.

      - Heavily regulated industry - High volume cash handling - Attention to detail is a must - Many people applying makes this position a hard one to get into
