      - Great company culture/fun work environment - Dedicated team - Lots of collaboration between departments - At management level, good pay and quality full benefits - Dynamic role, not every day is the same - Young team with a mix of experienced media veterans

      Pretty typical small agency cons - can feel a little disorganized at times - sometimes there's a lack of consistent processes, but this is being worked on - future potential for growth as the company grows over the next few years. Not so much currently available

      Pros

      I have a supportive leadership teamthat invests in employee success. It’s a creative and dynamic work environment with exciting projects. There was great training to stay ahead in the industry. There is a collaborative spirit across sales and creative teams. My successes are always recognized, no matter big or small. Working here is very fast-paced with new challenges. A Work / Life Balance is encouraged and supported.

      They close the office on Saturdays and sometimes I’d like to have my own time in the office.
