      Good collegue, non-toxic environment, flexible working arrangement (hybrid & wfh options), work life balance

      Cons

      no insurance / medical cover, low compensation, low slow growth opportunities, work can be a lot for one person, hard to get bonus, yearly increment is below the market average, salary wasn’t commensurate with the amount of work/value people bring
