      Friendly community, lovely management, plenty of perks

      Cons

      Not really any downsides! The only thing would be that it's tough to get promoted unless the manager leaves.

      a good place to work with good colleagues and relaxed environment.

      Cons

      hard to swap shifts/ take holiday. Managers do not work weekends. No real career progression
