Pros
At Blockgraph, you have the opportunity to build and develop a platform that will change the AdTech space tremendously. Everyone here is very passionate about their work and leaders do a great job keeping the team informed on progress against goals, upcoming milestones and even the challenges we are facing. We're all working remote right now, but that has zero impact on productivity. I think everyone is doing an overall good job at promoting work-life balance and making sure employees are taking time for themselves. There are definitely times when it is crazy and overwhelming, but it ebbs and flows like you'd expect at any startup (or really, any company).... but we're definitely not to the point of burnout.
we have regular town halls where our CEO updates all the employees on how we're progressing, we share exciting upcoming news, celebrate birthdays, milestones, etc. great way for us all to get together and re-align on what we're all working towards.
so much talent on the team and i think the outlook is really positive for the future of Blockgraph. i'm happy to be a part of the team.
i think leaders really care about their employees and their growth - both personally and professionally. definitely a people-first feel.

nice office space in NYC - easily commutable (even though no one is required to come into the office right now)
Cons
being a startup has it's own challenges, that blockgraph is not immune to; but i don't think there are any deal-breakers.
