Pros
I am a relatively recent new hire and have been very impressed with Blockdaemon for several reasons. In general, they have an excellent, energetic People staff, very impressive documentation throughout the business, and their products are technically impressive as well. I have been in the crypto space for a few years now, and the quality of Blockdaemon's engineering is substantially higher than what I've experienced in prior jobs. Overall I think this is a great employer and is worth consideration for anyone serious about the crypto space.
Cons
The classic one in the crypto space: morale and attitude tends to be rather cyclical with the market. At the moment, we're in a bit of a lull, so people who believe in the space tend to have a "heads-down, let's get to work" vibe. I'm told the company tends to be more social during bull markets.
