Pros
Good family like atmosphere amongst employees. Fairly laid back. Good place to grow and learn without the chaos found in most chain restaurants.
Cons
Somewhat disorganized. Try not to plan too far ahead when working here. Decisions are often made in the moment while working in the kitchen. The Catering/events staff are amateurs and retarded (for lack of a better word).
