Pros
For the past several years, I had dreamed of owning product development for a product. Not only that, I wanted to own it from the ground up Ideation to Production. I have been given that opportunity at BlockSpaces.
Additionally, the BlockSpaces team feels like a family. We each have strengths and weaknesses but all pull together working towards a common goal and are helping each other improve every day.
Cons
We are still a startup, and like most young companies, we are creating our way of doing things, we are building our culture. This is extremely challenging for some. Things change and move rapidly, and may not be an ideal environment for everyone. I personally find it exciting and invigorating.
