      Pros

      Founder and core team are very results driven and have clear vision. Impressive network of experts/advisers/investors. I learn a lot taking minutes in zoom calls just seeing how they converse.

      Cons

      Company was very early when I join and remote work half the times - need to have a lot of self discipline to work from home

      Pros

      Good leadership team and account managers are kind and nice

      Cons

      Still a small company and many processes have to be automated further. Have some bad employees hired and let go.

      Pros

      Highly capable seniors to work with in the company. No politics and lean team that rewards performers.

      Cons

      Some of the former employees are toxic, hence former employees. Lean team hence there is alot of proper handover to do if you go on leave, and sometimes have to work on leave too even though unlimited leave.
