Pros
Super positive and energetic working environment, lots of different departments meant opportunities for growth. Unique tech role that also had real-life impacts dealing with Homeowners and Construction.
Cons
My time there was definitely part of the Covid Tech/Home Renovation boom that died down pretty quickly and led to a large amount of layoffs. The company has shrunken quite considerably since then which honestly might be for the best.
