Can't think of anything good to say after company was sold, no severance after 23+ years of significant sales contributions

how much time do you have? Stay away. Maybe after dust settles from transition, things will get better. Great company gone bad. I hope they can turn things around

Most of the people were great. Midland feels less corporate than block. Overall, mostly reasonable and enjoyable work

I was laid off the day my benefits were to kick in. I’d like to say it hurt, but I honestly think they were doing me a favor. They seemed to be running into cash problems and were unwilling to make any changes advised by people who were actually familiar with production. Only a couple horrible managers around, but it was enough to make an otherwise enjoyable job intolerable.
