The remaining employees are nice and easy to work with.

Disorganized; understaffed; the company has no future in every meaning of that statement.

Most of the people were great. Midland feels less corporate than block. Overall, mostly reasonable and enjoyable work

I was laid off the day my benefits were to kick in. I’d like to say it hurt, but I honestly think they were doing me a favor. They seemed to be running into cash problems and were unwilling to make any changes advised by people who were actually familiar with production. Only a couple horrible managers around, but it was enough to make an otherwise enjoyable job intolerable.
