Need more hours or over time.

Day program hours are good but not flexible at all, Helping adults improve their lives, coworkers

Management is terrible and never present unless there's a party, they hire their relatives/friends even though it is against policy to supervise a relative or someone you have a personal relationship with-hire ups are aware but they are friends too. Pay is terrible while these relatives get to work remote, are never available, and don't have any work to do.
