Low pay/long hours. I also didn’t really like how forceful they were with bonding with your team.

Appreciate the kind words and recognizing Block Imaging’s efforts to invest in our team. Our customers around the world and in 24/7 imaging departments certainly do have a high expectation for our parts and service teams! While we do our best to establish roles where the workload is sustainable and properly compensated, there are roles and seasons where we miss the mark. Regarding the feeling of pressure to bond with the team – while we are passionate about teamwork, our desire is that this would not only be strategic but desirable! We really do believe that we’re better and stronger together. Thank you for your service and for the candid feedback. Pros

Block Imaging has an amazing culture with awesome people who really want to do their best to support fellow team members and customers.

Cons

It's not really a con, but they are growing quickly and so there are lots of opportunities for change and when they do fail, they adjust quickly!
