      People are cordial and display good manners.

      Cons

      Not many leaders have advanced understanding of business concepts and practices. i.e. economic analysis, competitor analysis etc.

      Pros

      Block Imaging has an amazing culture with awesome people who really want to do their best to support fellow team members and customers.

      Cons

      It's not really a con, but they are growing quickly and so there are lots of opportunities for change and when they do fail, they adjust quickly!
